As you know the Olympics in Sochi have now started and there have been some well publicized hiccups. Don’t know if this is one or not but it’s definitely confusing.

Posted by sports reported Dan Wetzel, well it shows a wheelchair going down stairs. I guess possibly in Russia it means “Wheelchairs don’t use the stairs”. But to many foreigners this would be confusing. If you know let us know.
